How to Connect an iPod to a Lexus SC 430

    • 1). Turn off the stereo in your Lexus by pressing the "Power" button on the left side of the stereo.

    • 2). Turn your iPod off and plug one end of the 3.5 mm audio cable into your iPod's headphone jack. This is located on the top of the iPod classic and on the bottom of the iPod Touch.

    • 3). Locate the auxiliary input in your Lexus in the middle console labeled "AUX." Open the latch protecting the "AUX" input.

    • 4). Plug the opposite end of the 3.5 mm audio cable into the "AUX" input.

    • 5). Turn on the stereo in your Lexus SC 430 and change the audio input source to "AUX." The "AUX" button is on the right and is labeled "AUX."

    • 6). Play a song on your iPod and you should be able to hear it through your Lexus stereo speakers.
