How to Decorate Styrofoam Eggs

    • 1). Paint the eggs with acrylic paints. Allow the paint to dry for two hours.

    • 2). Mix two parts glue and one part water. Paint the glue mixture all over the egg. Roll the eggs in glitter, glue pictures over the egg cut out from magazines or use stickers. Allow the glue to dry.

    • 3). Stick sequins and beads on the eggs by placing a straight pin through the hole in the sequin or bead.

    • 4). Coat blank eggs in a layer of glue. Cover the eggs in metal foil. Use silver or pastel colors to cover the eggs.

    • 5). Cut out rabbit-shaped ears from paper and glue to the top of the eggs. Glue googly eyes to the end of the egg. Draw on a face and glue a pom pom to the back of the egg to transform the eggs into bunnies.

    • 6). Glue plastic jewels or other flat objects to the eggs for a mosaic look.

    • 7). Melt old crayon pieces on the stove or in the microwave. Dip the eggs into the crayon mixture to coat the eggs with a glossy finish.
