How to Draw Circles in Windows Paint

    • 1). Open MS Paint.

    • 2). Click the "Oval" tool from the "Shapes" group, which is identified by its ovular shape.

    • 3). Hold the "Shift" key down.

    • 4). Click anywhere on the canvas and drag the mouse diagonally away from the original click point to create a perfect circle. The further away you move from the original click point, the larger the circle will be.

    • 5). Click the "Size" drop-down menu and select the line width you prefer.

    • 6). Click "Color 1" and then click a color for the circumference. The default is black.

    • 7). Click the "Fill" drop-down menu and choose "Solid Color" if you prefer the inside of the color be colored. The default is "No Fill." Click "Color 2" and select a color to change the fill color.
