- 1). Select a recipe for a dish that can be made in a traditional convection oven. Make sure that the recipe can be made in a dish small enough to fit inside of the convection toaster oven.
- 2). Preheat the convection toaster oven to the temperature called for in the recipe.
- 3). Prepare the recipe as directed.
- 4). Place the recipe in a baking dish that is small enough to fit in the toaster oven. Make sure that there is room for air to circulate on all sides of the dish.
- 5). Set the timer for the amount of time indicated in the recipe.
- 6). Monitor the dish as it cooks. Because oven temperatures vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted.
