My Vagina Smells Bad

Why My Vagina Smells Bad What is going on down there? Now, that is a great question.
First of all there is nothing wrong with your vagina.
The real problem, it's out of balance.
There are a number of things that knock a perfectly functioning vagina "off its square", or knock it off its natural balance and ultimately leads to the final question of "why my vagina smells bad?" Before we actually delve into this issue I must remind you to see your gynecologist to make sure there are no mechanical or systemic (problems with the internal workings of the body) issues such as STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) diabetes, infections, and/or hormonal issues - let's not forget the lost tampon or condom (yes, girls it happens more often than you think!) and by the way the last two items would be an example of mechanical issues.
This is a serious issue and we know the problems that can result in having this problem.
Such as: 1.
) Cleanliness Issues 2.
) Embarrassment 3.
) Love life problems 4.
) Stress, stress and more stress 5.
) Odors in garments that won't go away with regular washing Okay, we are cleared by our gynecologist and guess what, the problem reoccurs or it does not quite go away in the first place.
Well, let's review the causes or the conditions that set us up for problems.
Let's group them into two categories.
The first category we will call "Man Made" (I could say "Woman Made" but, since they are the culprit sometimes let's have fun blaming them!).
The second category we will call "Naturally Occurring" (not quite accurate but you get the idea).
Alright, for the category of "Man Made" they are as follows: 1.
) Pregnancy 2.
) Dyes in clothing (a little stretch but let's blame the men anyway) 3.
) Stress (enough said) 4.
) Panties made with synthetic materials 5.
) Nylon pantyhose For the "Naturally Occurring" category they are as follows: 1.
) Pregnancy 2.
) Douching improperly 3.
) Feminine hygiene sprays and powders 4.
) Improper trimming of vaginal hair 5.
) Overgrowth of vaginal hair 6.
) Menstruation 7.
) Contamination from the anus 8.
) Scented Soaps 9.
) Hormonal Issues In order to deal with this problem of fishy odors, slimy feeling and "yeasty smells", we need to understand what is happening.
Next time we will discuss the "Man Made" and "Naturally Occurring" categories associated with this rather common and yet, rather unique and troublesome feminine issue.
