It was a youth service at Orlando Christian Center led by Pastor Carlos.

Radical indeed was this youth group, but most radical was its fiery leader.

, as many affectionately call him today at Living Waters Church, would stand on chairs and boldly preach to youth about issues facing our generation.
Pastor Carlos is God's "son of thunder" as prophesied by Pastor Benny Hinn.
He is a "citadel" as spoken by the late Lester Sumrall.
He is a fiery prophet full of inspiration.
Most importantly however he is a loving husband and father to five wonderful children (two of whom are adults and now serving the Lord wholeheartedly).
PC is my Pastor and biggest encourager.
He has always gone the extra mile to be there for me and my family.
He and the church sent flowers when my grandfather died.
He made himself available to provide counseling when I struggled through a bitter divorce.
He continued to be gracious following the divorce.
Today he is motivating me Godward and to fulfill the high call of God in Christ Jesus.
Pastor Carlos experienced a mighty visitation from God in 2005 that revolutionized the direction of his ministry and aligned him with Pastor Mike Bickel and the International House of Prayer.
Wholeheartedly committed to worship, praise, prayer, intercession, and the prophetic Pastor Carlos is building a new generation to prepare and hasten the coming of the Lord to earth.
Carlos truly is a forerunner in tune to the heart of God and in touch with the suffering of the peoples of the world.

I believe that his ministry through his spiritual sons and daughters will touch heaven and change earth.
