Yes the Nintendo Wii Fit is still out there and doing as well as it did on it's release back in April.
Have you read or spoken to people who said they'd never buy it because it wouldn't work? I'll bet my last bottom dollar that they've gone out and bought one now.
Slalom Skiing, Hula Hooping, Tight Rope Balancing - we're all at it all over the globe and no one can stop us - and we're hooked.
And being hooked doesn't matter 'cos it's doing us the world of good.
Using the Wii Fit has to be the easiest and the most fun way to exercise, yet without really appreciating that you are actually excercising - it keeps you fit, but you're having fun and you certainly ain't grimacing with pain as you try to reach a target which is really unreachable for you.
Been there? So the main thing about this device is that it keeps you fit, but it also gives you other information.
If, for example, you're not that good at balance tests then your Wii Fit age won't be too good either.
If you're pretty good at balance tests then your age is going to be pretty good also.
Wii Fit has to be the only Nintendo game that makes players strip half naked (yes you will sweat a tad) stand on a Balance Board and make them look like they're skiing in their own living room! People feel much fitter after a few workouts and can continue excercises for a lot longer using this little gem.
People who thought nothing of this game on it's release are certainly, I would imagine, hearing the success stories of folk all over the world, and I bet they can't resist having a little peek for themselves and eventually jumping on the band wagon.
Who wouldn't eh? Hey listen, if you keep it going with this fun game it will really make a difference to your health in terms of muscle fitness, flexibility, balance and general well being.
And don't forget to eat well.
Your body needs the correct fuel as well as your car.
