- 1). Stand with your legs slightly more than shoulder-width apart. Grip the Wii remote with your dominant hand and hold the opposite side of the controller with your other hand.
- 2). Hold the Wii remote vertically in both hands about chest-height. Press and hold the "B" button with your index finger from your dominant hand.
- 3). Bend slightly at the knees and waist, and then lower the Wii remote to between your legs, keeping the remote in line with your body.
- 4). Swing the Wii remote forward and release the "B" button while keeping the controller straight.
