The introduction of mobile phones changes our lives.
A mobile phone makes it possible to shorten the distance and the time to communicate.
More recent versions of mobile phones are enhanced with cameras.
These features make new changes possible in society.
By using a camera someone is able to record and later to report an incident that otherwise would never have been possible un such a large scale.
In business there are different productivity roles.
One of them is the police officer.
The police officer is someone who stands-up in whatever occasion and interferes with parties which are involved in a conflict.
This could be any minor conflict in which people do not agree and the officer makes sure the climate remains positive so that the conflict does not escalates.
This is often an individual effort.
The reporter in business is for example the one who writes the minutes of a meeting.
This role is often underestimated, because the way in which the minutes are reported and archived determines future decisions.
Sometimes the minutes are positively or negatively manipulated and a minor detail could influence the decisions to be taken later on; "although there was a discussion, most attendees in the meeting agreed the proposition.
" The introduction of the mobile camera in real life changes our society - perhaps only slightly, but more and more incident are being registered by camera.
For example one where a boy or girl gets attacked by a group of people.
Interfering as an amateur police officer is what traditionally would be the best-practice.
But more and more people do no longer risk their own live in saving others.
For those cases the mobile camera offers a replacement.
Instead of interfering with the attack the same gets reported and distributed on the internet.
The incident will reach much more people and will help the police in getting the assaulter.
It is less heroic then the interference of the amateur officer, but on the long run perhaps more effective.
