The world has more obesity than ever before in history, and if you are suffering from this chronic lifestyle disease, do not panic because what can be caused by lifestyle can be cured by lifestyle.
Here are 3 ways to beat obesity: 1.
Take a Long Hard Look at Yourself: Do this for a good 20 minutes.
Get in front of a mirror and take it all in.
Facing facts is the very first thing to do before any solutions are found.
You need to take your measurements, weight, height, and every possible measurement you can get.
Write everything down on a piece of paper.
This is your "ground zero".
You define where you are right now in this moment before you move forward.
If you don't do this you will just keep fooling yourself and never make progress.
While you are getting into this process, you should ask yourself who you are, and what you really want.
Your ultimate goal will inspire much more than a dull wish to just be lighter.
Be ambitious, and set your life's aims.

Step In, Step Out This is a technique developed by Dr.
Maxwell Maltz.
He says you should imagine yourself doing the bad daily habits, such as eating snacks, drinking sodas, etc, and pretend this is all happening on the movie screen.
Then you suddenly step out of the movie, and the movie changes to a much better healthier habit, and you step back into that new movie.
For this technique to work, you have to figure out all the things you do on a daily basis, and ask yourself is it taking you towards your ideal goal or away.

Take Yourself Apart, and Re-Construct Yourself I'm not asking you to go for surgery by the way.
No way! But I am saying you need to be ruthless, and pick apart every little thing in your daily routine, every action you take and exactly how much time and energy you spend on actions every day.
Ask yourself some questions, like how much time you devote to exercise? how much fruit you eat?, how much processed food you eat versus how much natural food you eat? A guaranteed fact is that if you accept your "ground zero", define it well, and define where you want to be, then it's just a case of weeding out bad habits, and inviting in healthy habits every day you can.
