 For the purposes of employment or international work requirements, one should make a written request. The written request must include a brief explanation and should be signed by the requester with a complete return address. The letter must include the person's full name, date of birth, race, sex, social security number the date of arrest, and the Offender Tracking Number. Missing data can be processed electronically to complete the record update.

 In the event that the information contained in the Georgia criminal recordsis incorrect or if you realize that your identity has been used in other criminal records, you will need to do the following:

-Make a signed request containing the specific data to be corrected. The letter must have 2 fingerprint cards, personal information and 10 rolled fingerprints with 8 flat fingerprints. The fingerprints must be taken by the local law enforcement agency. After which, the mail must be sent to the address above.
