1Fill the bottom of your blender loosely with ice. Don't pack it in tightly or the blades may not move freely.

Add equal amounts of milk and coconut cream. The proportions don't have to be exact, but 1 ounce of each is good for a single drink.

Pour in equal amounts -- about 1.5 ounces per drink -- of coffee liqueur and rum.

Drop in one banana, peeled and sliced.

Cover the blender and whir until all of the ingredients are blended and smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry -- or go wild and add both.
