In this article I am going to reveal 3 of my favorite tips for getting great abs.
Tip #1- The first thing you need to do is to start drinking a few glasses of water per day.
Drinking water is great for a number of reasons.
You feel more refreshed and have more energy.
It cures your cravings for hunger because a lot of the time you think you're hungry but in reality you're thirsty.
Water doesn't contain any calories so you don't have to worry about gaining weight.
Drinking a couple cans of soda per day can equal an extra 400 calories.
Tip #2- Eating breakfast is the next quick change you make.
It's important to eat a healthy breakfast for a couple of reasons.
The first is that it will end the fast your body has been going through from the previous night.
It will kick your metabolism into hyper-drive which will start burning more calories.
The second reason is that it will set the tone for the rest of the day.
If you begin your day on a healthy not you'll more than likely end it that way.
Tip #3- The last tip is to remember that you actually burn more calories out of the gym than you do in the gym.
This doesn't give you an excuse not to workout.
I recommend you do 3-4 sessions per week of at least 30 minutes.
Running on a treadmill works but so does playing basketball.
But it's important to stay active out of the gym.
Clean your car or do yard work.
Your daily activities will burn up a lot of those extra calories.
