- 1). Proceed to Celadon City.
- 2). Go to the Celadin Condominiums. You can find this structure adjacent to the Pokemon Center.
- 3). Enter the elevator straight ahead of the entrance to the building. Ride it to the third floor. Exit the elevator.
- 4). Wait for your friend to recognize you. She will approach you from the right with her Pokemon. Talk to your friend. She will mention the Game Boy sounds.
- 5). Chat with the man beside the globe. If you have all of Kanto's badges, you will receive the GB Sounds Device from him.
- 6). Access your tool device screen. Select the "GB Sounds Device" and activate it.
- 7). Listen to the classic Game Boy "Pokemon" music.
