This will increase muscle mass on your body which will boost your metabolism and help you burn off calories faster.
Don't: workout too often as this can lead to muscle pain and over straining.
Take a day of rest between each major workout.
You can do light activity like walking every day if you feel like it.
Do: Clear out your kitchen of all tempting or fattening food.
You need to make sure you're eating to help your body burn off fat and not to pile it up.
Clearing your kitchen will help you avoid temptation and cravings.
Don't: Be too strict with yourself.
It's alright to enjoy your favorite food on occasion.
It shouldn't hurt you if you do it in moderation.
Do: Cut out alcohol.
This is a source of a ton of empty calories and sugar and it's the last thing you need when you're trying to lose inches off your waist.
Don't: Get tempted to buy any ab machines.
Most of these products don't really provide any added benefit.
You can achieve the same results by doing regular exercises.
Do: Be patient.
Optimal results don't come in a day or a week.
It will likely be gradual and will take some time.
There will be periods of rapid improvement and some of slow ones.
Don't let this hurt your motivation.
