How to Add RAM to GeForce

    • 1). Power down the computer and unplug the power cord from the system.

    • 2). Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws holding the tower door onto your computer's casing.

    • 3). Remove the tower door to gain access to the computer's components, including the motherboard.

    • 4). Take your RAM and slide it into the PCI slot next to the GeForce graphics card. This PCI slot is the same kind of slot that your GeForce plugged into. Most computers will have three or four PCI slots.

    • 5). Replace the tower door and the screws holding it onto the computer casing.

    • 6). Power the computer on so it can recognize your new RAM.
