How to Get Back to the Passcode Screen on an iPhone

    • 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on your iPhone's homepage.

    • 2). Tap "General" in the "Settings" menu.

    • 3). Tap "Passcode Lock." If you do not currently have a passcode lock set up on your device, tap "Turn Passcode On" and then enter a 4-digit code as prompted. If you currently have the passcode feature enabled, you will have to enter the current code before you can move forward.

    • 4). Enter a more complex passcode by tapping the blue "On" icon next to the "Simple Passcode" line to toggle the feature into the "Off" position. After you disable the simple passcode feature tap "Change Passcode" and choose a passcode that is a combination of numbers, letters and symbols.
