Receiver Cover Replacement

• 1). Turn the receiver cover retaining pin (located at the rear of the receiver) to the up position and pull it to the right.
  
  
• 2). Slide the receiver cover to the rear and remove.
  
  
• 3). Install the new receiver cover, return the pin and turn it to the down position.
  
  

Receiver with Scope Rings

• 1). Remove the screws from the scope rings and take off the upper half of the retention rings.
  
  
• 2). Place the scope in the rings, return the upper half of the rings back to the scope and partially tighten the screws.
  
  
• 3). Align the scope as desired and finish tightening the screws.
  
  

Receiver with Weaver Mount

• 1). Loosen the retention screws at the base of the scope rings and widen the retention bracket.
  
  
• 2). Place the scope in position and align the retention bracket along the side of the weaver mount.
  
  
• 3). Tighten the retention screws.
