This adorable Santa from About's Needlepoint Guide is one that can be used in several different ways. Make a pillow, wall hanging or even an ornament. The project calls for 12 mesh canvas which would work out to 7.5" x 9" as a finished size, use a different size (smaller) to make an ornament or just to change the finished size.
