Each of us has a journey, a journey of preparation, of acceptance, of completion.
Which consist of M.
E.
P, which are, Mental, Emotion, Physical with its 'duality' of positive and negative...
We in general are very discriminatory, even though life consist of both positive and negative, we tend to accept one side of the equation and reject the other side, which means we become rather imbalanced.
On one side, we have the (M) where we want to be fair, good and justice like an angel...
While on the other side, we have the opposites, unfair, bad and injustice like a devil.
We also have the emotions (E), the right side being happy, love etc, all the supposedly positive emotions.
On the left we have the sad, fear etc, all the negative emotions.
Then we have the physical (P), the physical pleasures and the left, we have the physical pain.
Life is dual, we have both sides, to accept one and rejecting the other is causing imbalance in our life, we are all rather discriminating, there special thing about duality is that they are 'divine twins', when you have one, the other comes with it, like the two sides to a coin, you cannot have one side without the other side.
Yet, the fact is, we want only the right side of the picture above and we reject the other side.
Because of our action, our thoughts, we experience the 'ups and downs' in life, the so called mood swings of life, we swing from one side to the other side.
Our ignorance causes us to be trapped in the cycle of ups and down without ever breaking through the cycle of life, trapped to wonder how yet we cling on to one and rejecting the other.
It is when we are able to be 'detached' that we can begin to break away from the trap of duality.
This means that we are able to have emotion, but when we experienced it, we LET GO of it, we go the middle path, the path of balance, the path of acceptance! The acceptance of the 'duality reality' we call life.
It is when we can travel the middle path, we begin to see through the veil of illusive reality.
Some says, Stephen, you keep telling us to be relaxed, it is as if it is your solution to everything, are you not being rather ignorant of life and health? What happens if you are sick, do you just ignore and relax as if it did not happen? On the contrary, Stephen says, "BE AWARE " of what's happening in you, around you and RELAX, then IDENTIFY what is the cause of the disease (be it M, E or P) then you can 'let it go' of the cause of the disease, then you begin to reverse the disease back to ease, that's health...
That is why it is about being aware rather than ignorant.
That's why it is about 'identification' instead of 'escape'.
It is about letting go and be healthy instead of holding and be sick.
You see, life is simple, we choose to be complex to make us feel important and superior.
When we can keep life simple, our health becomes a natural part of life.
Where health instead of disease is the norm.
When we make life complicated, disease is common and health is uncommon.
Can you actually allow yourself to be relax so that you can be aware, identify the cause so that you can let go for health? Or do you ignore, escape to hold onto stress for disease? Keep life simple! For life is simple when we can let go of the need to be complex.
Walk the middle path! It gets easier with practice! Let go instead of holding onto the past.
Experience now and let go of the past and experience health.
Walk the middle path for health!
