How Can Mommy Get Back in Shape?

When you become a new mom, you want desperately to get back the body you had before the baby was born.
But now you have the added constraint on your time that the baby causes-- feedings, changing, doctors appointments, laundry and getting time to take care of yourself just isn't a priority.
How can you fit in time to go to the gym? The answer is you don't have to go to the gym, but you do need to make YOU a priority.
In order to be at your optimal health, you need to be trim and healthy.
It is good for not only you, but baby too for mommy to be healthy and fit-- it slows down aging and prevents many avoidable health problems.
By fitting in short workouts three or four times a week, and carefully watching your nutrition, you will get your old figure back without going to the gym, increase your metabolism, and make yourself healthier than you ever have been.
The theory, which has been proven by practice, is that short bursts of intense workouts raise the metabolism and keep it high enough to continue burning fat for many hours after each workout.
Also of extreme importance, is to stay completely away from all processed foods, especially those with trans-fats(usually used to make products more shelf-stable) and artificial sweeteners.
These products were designed for food companies to make more money, not to help us be healthier.
Those 'diet foods' that scream 'sugar free' on the label are very deceptive, as they are usually loaded with lots of unhealthy substitutes instead of pure, natural sugar.
