ALLAN DIWAN: Hi, my name is Allan Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Restaurant, a Kashmir-Indian restaurant in Budapest. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to prepare a red snapper in a tandoori sauce. We're going to add about one spoon of tomato paste. We'll add one spoon of tomato paste. We're going to add about half a tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste. Basically, this is ginger and garlic which has been mixed well in a mixer with some water. So we added our ginger and garlic paste. We're going to add about half a teaspoon of salt, a little bit of chili powder and about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
