• Ramsey's Diner opened in the heart of Lexington in 1989, offering comfort food to families, business professionals and University of Kentucky students alike. Since then, Ramsey's has opened three additional locations in Lexington, providing easy access to the entire city. Ramsey's: High Street

• The original Ramsey's near downtown Lexington on High Street is a city landmark. The restaurant includes a private dining room that can seat up to 25 guests. Patrons who dine at the restaurant before a University of Kentucky football game can park in the restaurant lot and ride a shuttle to nearby Commonwealth Stadium. Ramsey's offers Southern favorites like country fried steak, chicken and dumplings, and catfish. The High Street location also offers online ordering for pick-up.

Ramsey's: Tates Creek

• Located five miles south of town, Ramsey's Tates Creek offers guests a similar environment and menu as the original location. The restaurant also hosts special events, such as Mardi Gras and St. Patrick's Day parties. Tates Creek patrons can choose from Southern sandwiches, such as barbecue chicken, fried chicken and hot browns, a Kentucky staple that features turkey and ham smothered in gravy and cheese. Although the Tates Creek location does not have a private dining room, on-site catering is available.

Ramsey's: Andover

• Located on the southeastern side of Lexington, Ramsey's Andover offers guests breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. A Ramsey's traditional breakfast includes up to five eggs, toast, hash browns, pancakes, sausage and bacon--a hearty breakfast for any diner. Lighter fare includes a beef and blue cheese salad and a chicken chef salad. During the summer, Ramsey's patrons can participate in Corn Daze, where fresh corn dishes are offered that feature corn grown in Kentucky.

Ramsey's: Harrodsburg Road

• West of town, Ramsey's on Harrodsburg Road offers the largest private dining room of all the Ramsey's locations, with seating for 35 guests. Patrons can choose from entrees like country fried pork chops, buffalo fried chicken breasts or Cajun-fried catfish. For dessert, guests can enjoy a slice of pie from Missy's Pies. The bakeshop is affiliated with the chain and delivers fresh goods to the restaurants daily.
