Click the "Start" button and type "gpedit.msc" in the "Search" box, then press the "Enter" key. You may need to provide an Administrative password before you can change anything.

Navigate to "User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control Panel/Personalization."

Double-click the "Prevent changing screen saver" option and set it to either "Enabled" or "Disabled," then click "OK."

Double-click "Password protect the screen saver" and set it to either "Enabled" or "Disabled," then click "OK."
