Setting Up Verizon Voice Mailbox

• 1). Dial *86 or VM on your Verizon Wireless cell phone.
  
  
• 2). Press the red "Send" key.
  
  
• 3). Follow the system prompts that guide through the creation of a personal password and personal greeting your callers will hear.
  
  
• 4). Create a personal password when prompted.
  
  
• 5). Create a personal greeting your callers will hear. The prompt system will give allow you to record and play back your personal greeting until you are satisfied with it.
  
  
• 6). Hang up to exit voice mail setup when you are satisfied with your personal greeting.
  
  

Retrieval of Verizon Voice Mail Messages

• 1). Dial *86 or VM on your Verizon Wireless phone.
  
  
• 2). Press the red "Send" key.
  
  
• 3). Enter your personal password when prompted.
  
  
• 4). Press # to bypass your personal greeting and go directly to voice mail.
  
  
• 5). Listen to your messages and save or delete the messages as prompted by the system.
  
  

Accessing Verizon Wireless Voice Mail From a Remote Location or Other Phone

• 1). Dial your 10-digit Verizon Wireless phone number from any touch tone telephone.
  
  
• 2). Press # to bypass your personal greeting.
  
  
• 3). Dial your personal password, followed by #, when prompted.
  
  
• 4). Save or delete your messages as prompted.
