Be a great warrior in life don't let self doubt rule you.
Turn your doubt into fearless accomplishments by taking tiny steps to make yourself happy.
Self improvement is not an easy path to take, but it is the greatest investment you can possibly make.
If you are going to change it is a 7 day a week 24 hours a day job.
Don't let your self sabotage get in the way at any point.
Have the attitude of "doing" putting your goal into action.
Then once you have the goal you have to stay persistent.
Keep your motivation up daily with the little things you do.
Motivation can be tedious with the 3 different components that go into it, and they are direction, effort, and persistence.
Direction is simple it is defining the goal that you are now working toward.
Make sure your goal is specific and not to broad.
Now make sure your goal is measurable.
For example if it is weight loss get your beginning weight and what you want your end weight to be.
When this is in place make sure it is achievable and realistic.
And the last thing after having your direction give it a time limit.
This will keep you accountable to yourself to not let the goal just be endless to stop and start, but to finish once you start.
This SMART application is used by many and it helps with managing goals.
Effort is the second step in your motivation process.
Your efforts are how hard you are trying to accomplish your goals.
This also means you are putting in some real commitment.
And the last part of the motivation system will be your persistence.
This will be a reflection of how long you try to make sure your goal an actual accomplishment.
In this stage it is very easy for self doubt or sabotage to sneak back in.
Don't let this happen dig deep and find your will power.
This will help you with your determination to change and achieve.
Convince yourself that you are good enough and this goal will be accomplished.
Keep in mind all of these steps when you want to set forth more goals.
Nothing will ever get done if you doubt yourself with but's and if's.
Just set a goal and stick to your plan.
Things will get in the way and something might even set you back, but don't let it stop you.
You are worth whatever you want so just go after it.
Don't make excuses or let self doubt talk you out of it.
You are armed with all the equipment you need to make it trust me.
