- 1). Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and click on the "Office" button located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- 2). Select "PowerPoint Options" from the drop-down menu list. A dialogue box will appear.
- 3). Click "Trust Center" from the left side of the dialogue box screen.
- 4). Select the blue "Trust Center Settings" button.
- 5). Select "Macro Settings" from the pane on the left of the dialogue box.
- 6). Click on the radio button next to "Enable All Marcos."
- 7). Click "OK" twice to save your settings and close the dialogue window.
- 8). Run a macro by pressing "ALT + F8," clicking on the desired macro and clicking on "Run."
- 1). Open PowerPoint 2003 and click on the "Tools" drop-down menu.
- 2). Select "Options." This will open a dialogue window.
- 3). Click on the "Security" tab.
- 4). Click on the "Macro Security" button. This opens another dialogue window.
- 5). Click on the radio button next to "Low." Click "OK" twice to save changes and close the dialogue windows.
- 6). Run a macro by clicking by pressing "ALT+F8," clicking on your desired macro and then clicking "Run."
