You'll become leaner, stronger, and bigger.
Of course, all this won't happen by magic.
And you can't just follow any random bodyweight training program.
You will require a different approach for each goal, however one thing you should realize is that you need to focus on all three things - strength, mass, fat loss - in order to achieve your physique goals.
This is because putting on muscle mass will help you lose fat.
And increasing your strength will allow you to put on muscle mass.
