Excess Sweating - What Can Be Recommended For It?

Excess sweating can be hell for anyone hoping to have a social life.
Believe me, I know, and I'm sure you do as well.
It's embarrassing, it's gross, it turns people off, and we don't much like it ourselves either, truth be told.
So what the heck can be done about it already? Can modern medicine help at all? Well, technically, it can...
help, that is - just a little help, and not much more.
So is there no hope in sight to completely eliminate excess sweating altogether? Today's medical science tries to give us hope, but not much more than that, I'm afraid.
They do offer some solutions, but for the most part they are all dangerous, effects are merely temporary, and the techniques can be wildly expensive to say the least.
For instance, the use of some drugs which alter the brain chemistry, in that they disrupt the flow of communication between the brain and the sweat glands.
An erratically racing heart, impaired vision, painful urinary complications and a few other side-effects are part of the package deal.
Should that be recommended? I don't think so.
Zapping away excess sweating with iontophoresis (a kind of therapy that uses electric shocks) is quite unpleasant, to put it very lightly...
but after numerous and insanely expensive sessions, temporary relief can be had by those with mild cases, until they need more sessions.
See, this is the extent to which modern allopathic medicine can do for excess sweating.
Yes, there are also surgeries and Botox and other dangerous techniques, but it's all the same.
Should any of these be recommended? If you ask me, certainly not.
None of it cures, and all of it has their side-effects and dangers.
But if it's a cure you want, the best recommendation would be to look into naturopathic medicine...
it seeks to eliminate the cause, not drug away the symptoms, and there are no side-effects.
All who have used natural remedies have actually cured themselves of excess sweating outright.
Further, it's vastly inexpensive and easily procurable.
You may even have the natural ingredients to some of the natural remedies in your own home right this moment.
