- 1). Begin on count One. Step forward with the left foot.
- 2). Continue with the "And" part of the count. Step forward with your right foot so that both feet are together.
- 3). Step back with the left foot on the count Two. You will now be in the position you started in.
- 4). Continue on count Three by stepping back with your right foot. Your left foot should be in front of your right foot in this position.
- 5). Shift your weight to your left foot on the "And" part of the count. Your feet shouldn't move, but your body position will move.
- 6). Shift your weight back to your right foot on count Four. Again, your feet shouldn't move, just your body position.
- 7). Continue by stepping back on count Five with your left foot.
- 8). Shift your weight to your right foot on the Six count. This is the last count.
- 9). Repeat these steps.
