There are many signs that you may be having a problem with anxiety.
If you feel that, you may be prone to having anxiety attacks, check out these signs of anxiety and see if you can get it under control.

Social anxiety.
Do you find yourself becoming fearful when you know you have to go out in public? Do you feel like your heart is beating fast, you may throw up, or feel lightheaded? These are some of the symptoms of anxiety and if going out in public bring these on, and then you may be suffering from social anxiety.

Another sign of anxiety include paranoia.
Do you feel like everybody is steering at you, talking about you or out to get you? This is one of the signs that you may be having a problem with anxiety.

Extreme fear.
If you find yourself being fearful in situations that normally did not make you nervous, then you may need help to get your anxiety under control.
If you feel like you need to run and hide because you are in danger or someone is after you all the time, your anxiety may have gotten out of control.

Unwanted impulses or ideas.
Do you find yourself doing things that you normally would not do? Do ideas come into your mind that are frightening to you? Are you afraid that you are not under control of your own mind and body? This can be a very scary feeling, as you may be fearful that you will hurt yourself or others.

Do you find yourself becoming excessively anxious when you are alone? Try to figure out what it is that made you so anxious.
Did you hear a loud noise outside, think of something that bothers you, or remember something from your past that terrify as you.
It is important that you try to figure out what it is that made you anxious.
Some of the most common signs of anxiety include heart palpitations, fast heartbeat, excessive sweating, fear of other people, and fear of being alone, nausea, headaches, chest pain, stomachaches or other pains that cannot be explained from physical ailments.
Most of these signs of anxiety come from your mind and are not caused by physical illness or disease.
If you find that you have many of these signs of anxiety, you may want to seek counseling or the help of a Physician.
Having panic and anxiety attacks frequently can lead to physical problems so it is important that you get the help you need in order to overcome them.
