Where Does Cellulite Develop?

Cellulite is a very common condition, especially in woman.
More than 80% of women suffer from this condition at some stage of their life.
It is more common in aging woman but it can be developed in any woman after the puberty.
Cellulite usually appears on specific parts of the body.
Cellulite is basically the fat tissues which are pushed against the skin surface due to the accumulation of toxins and weak connective tissues.
Following are the body parts where cellulite appears, usually.
Stomach Cellulite lumps are usually seen on the stomach, especially in the lower portion of stomach.
This is usually due to disorders in the food digestion.
The women who have cellulite on their stomach also suffer from the problems like constipation, liver disorders or irritable bowel.
Neck Neck is another common place where cellulite lumps may appear.
The usual reason of appearance of cellulite in this area is constant stress.
Due to constant stress, the vertebrae are misaligned and tissues are inflamed.
The inflammation of tissues results in the fluid retention in this area which further leads to the cellulite development.
Upper Arm In older women cellulite usually appears on upper arms and in the legs.
The main reason of cellulite development in these areas is the reduction in venous flow to these areas.
This results in the retention of toxins and fluids in these areas which leads to the cellulite formation.
Front of the thigh Another common and important place where cellulite occurs is the front of thighs.
The cellulite lumps in these areas are usually very hard and difficult to break.
These are commonly seen in the athletes and in the persons who do too much leg exercises.
The other reason may be the reduced flow of blood to this area and reduced excretion of waste products from this skin area.
This type of cellulite is common both in men and women.
The main reason of cellulite development in women is the less collagen quantity in their body.
The men, on the other hand, have high quantity of collagen.
Also the women have high percentage of body fats which is another reason of cellulite development in the women.
Another important reason is the excess amount of estrogen in the women.
This hormone weakens the connective tissues of the skin.
Due to this weakness the fat cells under the skin, lose their position and appear as the lumps on your skin.
