Satellite TV and the Holy Grail of Television Services

How many people of switched from one TV service to another, from one provider company to another, ad infinitum without ever finally deciding on one as the best...
simply because their expectations of quality are never met? Surely there are countless people throughout the nation that have gone through that experience at one point or another, or are currently doing so: the time for that is over, however, as satellite TV has all the answers that television viewers have been looking for to their programming and signal questions and queries.
In the long search for the Holy Grail of television services, the quest is finally over when the dish is perched atop one's roof and the practically limitless programming is being leisurely enjoyed.
Satellite TV has done an excellent job in distinguishing itself over the last couple of years, and its merits have most certainly not gone unnoticed in the media and in society at large.
As a matter of fact, in recognition of the superiority of satellite television, the industry as a whole has been rated as the top customer satisfaction service in terms of television services at large for many years rolling now.
Cable's days at the top of the TV hill are clearly a thing of the past, and if satellite's grasp on this top customer satisfaction rating isn't broken (and all signs point to that it won't be) in the next few short years then it looks like cable will have no choice but to slip into the background.
Customer satisfaction is built out of something, of course, and such a reward isn't granted to the industry simply for creating all hot air and no substance.
Perhaps the most notable and substantive contribution that the satellite TV industry has made to the vast sea of TV viewers throughout the nation and the world at large is that satellite is where viewers can get the most high def programming, and specifically the place where there are the most dedicated high def channels.
That's right: if you're looking for channels with absolutely nothing but HD programming, then you need a satellite connection-there are well over 130 such channels on satellite, whereas there are only about 60 or 70 of them on cable.
In addition to these channels, there are countless more channels that play certain shows or content in high def, thus amplifying the gamut of high def options available to the ordinary satellite subscriber.
Of course, this sort of involvement in the high def arena has helped promote the acquisition and the lowering of costs in the high def home theater department, and most satellite subscribers not-so-coincidentally also happen to be owners of beautiful high def screens (and projectors).
What would be the point in being the owner of such an illustrious satellite TV connection if you didn't have the home theater equipment to dignify it with a proper showing?! 130+ high def channels just wouldn't be the same when viewed on an old tube TV from the '80s, now would it?
