- 1). Wet a cleaning cloth with hot water and wipe up fresh dye immediately after the dye touches the shower's surface. Promptly cleaning the shower reduces the likelihood of stains.
- 2). Fill a small bowl with cream of tartar. Mix the cream of tartar and drops of hydrogen peroxide with a spoon to form a thick paste.
- 3). Scoop 1 tbsp. of the bowl's mixture onto the dye. Leave it on the spot for up to an hour or until it is completely dry on the surface of the shower.
- 4). Wet the scrubbing sponge with hot water and rub the it onto the paste-covered spot to lift the stain.
- 5). Wash the spot to remove the paste and dye residue. Wipe the area with a dry cleaning cloth.
