How to Insert HTML Code in a New Email in Outlook 2003

    • 1). Open Outlook 2003 by clicking "Start", "Programs", and clicking on "Microsoft Outlook".

    • 2). Disable HTML message composition in Outlook 2003. Click "Tools", "Options", and change the "Compose in this message format" setting to "Plain text". Click "OK". This setting allows HTML code to be displayed in your email as a literal, plain-text string of characters.

    • 3). Create a new e-mail message by clicking "New".

    • 4). Copy the HTML code you want to e-mail into memory. Locate the HTML code on your computer, highlight the code, and push "CTRL+C".

    • 5). Paste the HTML code into your message. Place your cursor in the e-mail's text field and click "CTRL+V". This will paste the HTML code into the message.
