There can be a lot of errors stopping you from achieving your goals when it comes to your training sessions.
For instance, you shouldn't forget that there are at least three components corresponding to your success or your failure when it comes to building your muscles.
These are equally important and you need to find the balance between them in order to maximize your strength and your muscular mass.
This is about your training sessions, but also about resting and eating healthily.
You may be training for two hours every day and trying to lift as many weights as possible, but if you don't eat properly, you won't have the proteins, the carbohydrates, the minerals and the vitamins you need.
Your muscular mass will decrease, you will feel tired all the time and you won't feel like training anymore or you will eventually get injured.
The same goes for your rest.
The harder you train, the more rest you need.
You need to sleep before midnight.
People have a day metabolism and the hours before midnight are the hours during which your body releases the largest amounts of hormones.
This way, your tissues regenerate and so do your muscles.
There is another very important element related to your rest.
Given the fact that your muscles don't grow during your training session, but afterwards, it is very important that you give your muscles enough time to recover and grow before being training them again.
You should only train a certain group of muscles four days after your prior training session dedicated to that particular group of muscles.
