If you are new to the running world and are starting from ground zero with very little or no stamina then you need of a workout routine that will allow you to build stamina slowly.

For our new runners we need to focus on making running a habit.
To create a new routine or habit you need to engage in the new behavior for 21 days so for new runners next 21 days will include a run every day.
For our veterans runners let's look at increasing our routine or at least increasing the intensity of our routine.
If you're used to running 5 miles in 40 minutes then let's work on getting that 40 minutes down two 39 minutes and then 38 and so on.
This can be accomplished by either increasing your intensity or increasing the miles that your body runs.
So shortly and concisely how do you increase your running stamina? Well it starts by goal setting, it continues with setting out a solid training routine and it ends by increasing the intensity or the amount of training that you doing.
