In a special Blair episode to commemorate Kassie DePaiva 10th year on One Life to live, the entire episode revolves around her realization that Walker is actually Todd.

Blair starts to think about all of the coincidences surrounding Walker. She asks her mother why she keeps calling him Todd. She tells her because that is his name. Blair goes back and forth from reality to fantasy.

In her fantasy, she finds out about him being Todd and forgives him.

He turns out to be the same Todd. Printing lies about Kevin, and accusing her of sleeping with him. He also takes the children away from her. The court gave her full custody of the kids, but he has them and she doesn?t know where they are. She orders Bo to find them and takes the I told you so's from Nora. She says Bo better find him before she does, she is going to make him pay. She teams up with Lindsay get away with murder like Lindsay did with Sam. She asks Kevin to murder him and he says no. She plots to do it herself. She lures him to a hotel room and points a gun at him. She is going to say she went crazy because of him and she shoots him. Dorian comes in and sees Todd?s body. She moves it with her foot and checks the pulse. She says they should set Kevin up for it, and that she should've made Todd pay before she killed him.

All the while, in reality, Kevin moves into the Palace and Todd searches all over town for Blair. She stares at both wedding photos and wonders how she could know if he changed himself along with his face.

Starr comes in and finds Blair crying. She wants to know what her dad did this time. He screwed up didn?t he? Blair asks her if she knew. She tries to play stupid, but Blair repeats to her what she said. Starr says that every time she sees her like this it is because of him. Blair tells her she is a smart girl. She tries to change the subject to the adoption. Blair hugs her and tells her that she loves her. She tells her that everything is going to be fine. Starr leaves her and goes to call Todd. She leaves him a message telling him that he better not have blown this. Blair declares that she?s not going to cry anymore and Todd is never going to make her cry again. Todd goes home to look for Blair. No one is home. He gets the message from Starr and runs out. Kelly is watching Kevin's favorite movie and Asa offers to have Kevin thrown out of the Palace. She says that it won't guarantee that he will go back there. He tells her he is going to straighten him out. She says she is going to get her husband back whatever it takes. Kevin is in the hotel watching the same movie.

Blair is fondling a gun when Todd starts banging on Dorian?s door. She goes to answer it with the gun.
