Penrith coach Ivan Cleary has thrown all his big-name off-season signings straight into his starting side with Jamie Soward and co-captain Peter Wallace teaming up in the halves. Centre Jamal Idris has been named but still needs to pass a fitness test while Brent Kite and Elijah Taylor start in the forwards.
Skipper Kurt Gidley is back in the Knights side after an injury-marred 2013 and will start at hooker, while new recruit Michael Dobson will partner Tyrone Roberts in the halves due to Jarrod Mullen's hamstring injury.

It would be easy to give you 120 reasons, one for each kilo of giant Panthers centre Jamal Idris. Penrith's star recruit is back €home' in Sydney and says he's keen to rip-in after a couple of years taking in the sun and surf on the Gold Coast. With new halves Jamie Soward and Peter Wallace, plus fellow newbie's Brent Kite and Elijah Taylor, the Panthers are serious finals contenders this season and it will be interesting to see how quickly they gel. Kurt Gidley is back on deck to skipper the Knights and given his injury woes the last couple of seasons, it might be worth checking him out because who knows when you will see him play again.

Did we mention Gidley's injury problems? Bennett will be holding his breath every time his number nine scoots out of dummy-half or goes to make a tackle. Given his lack of football the last two years there's a good chance you will see the Test and Origin utility down clutching something during the 80 minutes€¦let's just hope it's nothing serious.
