Hello, my name is Robert Weeks. Today, I'm going to talk about the fastest exercise to shape up. Alright guys, when it comes to shaping up, that means getting rid of love handles, that means getting rid of a lot of excess body fat or just excess mass on our body whether it's a great amount of muscle or a great amount of fat. The quickest way to do this is going to be running or jogging depending on your skill level. Now when we look at jogging, we see that over an interval of time you really don't have any chance to take a break. The only time you'll get to take a break is when you are completed with your jog or if in the middle of the jog you are too winded. The reason for this is is that while you jog you have to use every single bit of body weight that have on you at all times. There's no chance for you to set five pounds to the side, set four pounds to the side, you are contingent, you must maintain your pace from A to B. Now when we look at sprinting, sprinting takes that and it intensifies the interval training. The reason for this is is sure you might not be covering the same amount of distance as you would as jogging but when it comes to sprinting you are going to burn through a lot more calories at a quicker rate. When you do this your metabolism builds up. Your metabolism is going to speed up and speed up to the point where you are going to start needing more water. You're going to start getting dehydrated quicker and you're also going to have a harder time in maintaining your energy because you are going to be using a lot of it. So if you are looking to shape up in the quickest way possible, running is for you.
